The Colony House daily rate is $125 per room, $140 for single night stay.
During peak periods special rates may be in effect and a two-night minimum stay may be required. Please call for current rates and availability 603-352-0215 or email Proprietor.
Long term guests welcome! Stays of twelve days or more, for business assignments or relocation for example, are $90/night. Monthly rates also available. Please call for information 603-352-0215 or email Proprietor.
All rates are exclusive of the 8% New Hampshire State Meals & Rental Tax.
Payment by check or cash only, please. A credit card is requested to hold your reservation. At the time of payment however, the Colony House accepts cash and personal checks only.
| Please note . . .
• Colony House is not generally suitable for young children, although we are happy to accommodate when possible.
• We regret that we cannot accept pets. (Two house cats reside in proprietor’s residence, not in the B&B.)
• Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or public rooms of the Colony House.
• Suggested check-in time at 3pm or later and departure by 12 Noon, unless otherwise arranged. |
